The installation of an environmental monitoring system in Kefalonia focuses on the basic characteristics of the cultivation found in the “Ktima Haratatos” estate in the peninsula of Paliki. The entire unit consists of large-scale vineyards and a wine production unit. The pilot vineyard is located in west Kefalonia and the field of study refers to the wider area of Kladata, where the Charitatos estate is located near the settlement Monopolata (Map) belonging to the municipal section of Paliki.
